Tom Wright
A proud Yorkshireman, Tom made the bold move from East Yorkshire to London after graduating from Nottingham Trent University. With a camera in hand and a foot in the door, he began his career as an in-house photographer at a leading estate agency (the one beginning with “F”).
In 2016, Tom founded Penguins Egg Photo. After several successful years, he welcomed Hayley and Aaron to the team, and together they launched Penguins Egg Studio — a joint venture built on friendship, creativity, and a shared passion for photography.
Outside of work, Tom loves to travel and explore new cuisines. His personal photography is inspired by Martin Parr and Jeff Wall, while his downtime often involves crate-digging for vinyl, especially downtempo electronic and anything Thom Yorke. A fan of test match cricket, cooking, and endurance sports, he’s particularly proud of completing his first full-distance Ironman in July 2025.

Hayley Nash
Hayley’s love of interiors and photography has been with her for as long as she can remember. Since graduating from the University of South Wales in 2013, she has travelled and worked overseas, gaining experience across visual merchandising, photo printing, and assisting renowned photographers — all of which refined her creative journey and gave her work a distinct editorial edge.
Returning to London in 2019, Hayley became an in-house photographer at a leading estate agency before crossing paths with Tom and, later, Aaron. Joining forces at Penguins Egg Studio felt like a natural next step, giving her the chance to combine professional growth with the joy of meeting new people and photographing beautiful homes every day.
Beyond the studio, Hayley enjoys exploring exhibitions and architectural gems such as Eltham Palace and The Barbican. She also loves long walks with borrowed dogs — often ending with a well-earned stop at the pub.

Aaron Miller
Aaron has specialised in interior and property photography for over 11 years, bringing both technical expertise and creative flair to every project. Alongside his photography, he embraces his self-confessed nerdy streak with a love of cooking, film, gaming, Lego, and all things Disney.
Discipline and focus also play a big part in Aaron’s life. He holds a 2nd dan black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do and a 1st dan black belt in kickboxing, sharing his knowledge through training and coaching. More recently, he has developed a passion for wellbeing, practising yoga and meditation up to four times a week. Guided by one of his favourite quotes — “Just have courage and be kind” — he thrives on positivity and good energy.
Having worked alongside Tom and Hayley for the past three years, joining forces to create Penguins Egg Studio was a natural progression — and an exciting opportunity to continue growing together as a team.

Scott Thomas
Scott joined Penguins Egg Studio in March 2025, bringing with him nearly a decade of experience photographing property across London. After graduating from Middlesex University with a degree in Photography, he turned his hand to property and quickly developed a passion for interiors and architecture. His work allows him to explore the capital, meet new people, and capture some of London’s most inspiring homes.
Outside of photography, Scott recently retired from a semi-professional football career that saw him travel across the country and even abroad to play in European fixtures. A chapter he’s proud of, but one he’s happy to have swapped for the luxury of a two-day weekend.
Beyond photography, Scott loves travelling to discover new cultures and places. If he’s not beach-hopping or dog-walking, he’s likely to be trying out new foods, experimenting in the kitchen, or catching up with friends. A self-confessed coffee enthusiast and beer appreciator, he’s just as content watching the world go by with a drink in hand.
